Martines Palmeiro Construction is one of the fastest growing construction companies in Denver, Colorado. MPC is building a new 8 story apartment building in the heart of Denver.

The 17th & Park project is an eight level high rise residential building comprised of retail at the ground level; studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units on the upper levels. The building also contains amenities as well as leasing offices and service areas for building operation. The project contains 4 levels of above ground parking along with one below ground parking level.
