Amateur video out of Syria from earlier this week appears to show aircraft over Syria's largest city. The video, which could not be independently verified by Reuters shows explosions on the ground.
More footage purportedly shot Friday shows a funeral service.
UN officials say a long-expected Syrian army onslaught to drive rebel forces out of Aleppo is imminent. Un Secretary general Ban Ki-moon said Friday that quote "acts of brutality on the ground may be considered crimes against humanity or war crimes.
While the focus may have shifted to Aleppo in recent weeks the bombing campaign appears to continue in Homs. An estimated 18,000 people have been killed in Syria since the uprising began last March.
