bf4 duel after spring patch

Dice said revamped damage??? Guy survived 3-4 headshots and left with 40% of health.Patch is terrible and I need much more hitmarks to get a kill then before patch. Dice did it again.I am dying instantly even with med pack under my knees and opponents surviving sometimes up to 10 hitmarks.
