Some excellent and encouraging work with my Brutus Dumbbell! It weighs 105¾lb(48kg) and has a handle 2¾"(70mm)thick. I am most grateful for how well the left hand strength has come back! Praise the Lord! I guess that's why you never give up? God Bless!
