Constitutional flaws

The trade and industry portfolio committee is set to discuss President Cyril Ramaphosa's reservations over parts of the Copyright Amendment Bill and the Performers’ Protection Amendment Bill. Among the issues being flagged are the right to freedom of trade, occupation and profession, and the lack of public comment on the fair use of artistic work.
