Empire

The empire formerly known as the USSR has vanished, but the mountains still stand high and the rivers still hold world class whitewater. Empire follows the best Russian expedition kayakers for two years as they hunt down its most extreme whitewater. Tragically, the team lost two of its members during the shooting of the movie.

The KayakUSSR team is a group of friends brought together by their obsession for whitewater. After years of demanding exploration the team is now excited to share their adventures with the rest of the world. Kayak USSR Productions has published two other commercial video products. Myths Hunters - 2004, and Top Grade - 2006, Empire will be their third commercial release.
