This was revealed today when Senior Counsel Faris Al Rawi submitted an affidavit to the High Court seeking a writ of Habeas Corpus for the release of the Hadeeds .
The judge refused to approve the writ but directed service on the Commissioner of Police for a hearing on Monday morning.
