Info from Licensor: "I was leaving a side street onto a 40 mph Dual Carriageway in my little Citroen C1, this car, thought to be traveling in excess of 70 mph flew across sideways in front of me, only missing my car by a few feet or a couple of seconds. No one was injured in the end, however, the car was written off."
