Off the Cut
描述
Off the Cut follows the struggles of river dwellers living without permanent moorings on the Kennet and Avon Canal. Every fourteen days the boaters must move to comply with the Waterways Act. They claim that the way the Canal and River Trust is enforcing the restrictions is making their lifestyle ever harder to pursue.
