Info from Licensor: "We own a small IT company and order often from Amazon. This package held an expensive classroom projector, and it was tossed onto our front porch from the bottom of the stairs. Also, the delivery person marked the item 'delivered to resident'. Fortunately, the projector was packaged well and did not sustain any damage. I posted this video on Amazon's social media pages and received no response from them."
