Paneer Chilli
描述
Recipe to prepare "Paneer Chilli":
Ingredients:
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp refined flour/maida
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp water
1 cup cottage cheese cubes
1 cup oil
3-4 green chillies, sliced
1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup spring onion, chopped
2-3 tbsp cornflour slurry
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp green chilli sauce
Method:
Take a bowl, and add in cornflour, refined flour, salt and water. Mix well into a thin slurry.
Dip in cottage cheese cubes, and coat well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add coated cottage cheese cubes, and fry until light golden.
Take out in a plate.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a different pan.
Add green chillies, and saute well.
Add ginger and garlic; saute.
Add 2 tablespoon spring onion; saute for a minute.
Add cornflour slurry, and mix well.
Add water, little salt, soya sauce, vinegar and green chilli sauce. Stir well until thick.
Add fried cottage cheese cubes and little spring onion; mix well.
Transfer into a serving plate.
Garnish with spring onion and green chillies.
Paneer Chilli is ready to serve.
