Fred Williams and the "4 Wheel & Off Road Magazine" staff have spent the last four years developing Project Fun Buggy, a rugged trail rig designed combine everyday use with extreme off road capability. With the 2009 King of the Hammers race looming, Williams got a little help from K&N to put the finishing touches on the Fun Buggy.
