RIP Solveig

Sadly, the autistic woman Solveig, a.k.a. in the media as "Sol", more...died today at the age of 64 after a lengthy period of illness. I worked with Solveig for more than a dozen years and had known her for over 30. It is not all sad. We added more that 15 years to Solveig's life by putting a stop to the mental cruelty and physical abuse she was subjected to at the Emma Hjorth institution. Our efforts resulted in getting her moved to a much better place. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those that have helped Solveig through this ordeal. I shall not mention any names as the list is too long. You know who you are. Nor shall I mention the names of those who should have supported Solveig but did not. You also know who you are.
