This video is for anyone who is basing their New Years Resolution on an internet human who seems to have it together. What we see online is not the whole story. We are only human, and are selective of what we present to the world. So don't get down on yourself or assume that someone you follow is perfect. I try to follow people whose work I connect with on a meaningful level, rather than people with perfect looking lives. Too much coveting, idolizing and voyeurism is bad for the mind.
