Un film de Tom Forman
Yen Sin, un trafiquant chinois, lutte pour son acceptation dans une communaute cotiere de peche a l'esprit etroit. Quand il se heurte au ministre de la ville, il se rend compte qu'il ne peut plus se cacher dans l'ombre. Il doit prendre un risque et se confronter au bandit qui menace le bien-etre du village...
