Ten surrenderees from the New People's Army torch rebel flags and sing the National Anthem in the Serbisyong Caravan of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) that commemorated the 50th anniversary of Martial Law, along with Joint Regional Task Force-NCR ELCAC at the Lupang Pangako in Queon City on Wednesday Sept. 21, 2022. PBGen Jonnel Estomo, NCRPO acting regional director, received firearms and explosives from the former NPA rebels in a ceremonial turnover. They were joined by NICA NCR Director Dennis Godfrey Gammad (left) and Col. Rommel Recinto Task force NCR deputy commander.
