Automatic Packaging System

This automatic packaging system combines a bottle unscrambler, bottle vacuum, pump filler and chuck capper with turntables and conveyors to complete an automatic packaging system. The bottle unscrambler ensures that each container being set on the belt conveyor system is positioned correctly for the container cleaning equipment and each packaging phase to follow. The bottle vacuum removes dust and debris from each container to ensure product does not become contaminated during the fill process. The pump filler handles a wide range of product viscosities while also keeping the product safe and secure, again avoiding contamination. The automatic chuck capper allows for continuous capping before moving the containers onto an accumulating turntable for packing and shipping preparation.
