Spindle and Snap Capper

This capping machine is ideal for facilities that use a variety of bottle shapes and sizes as well as a number of different cap types. The spindle assembly uses spinning discs that can torque down a screw on type cap to many different bottles. Bottles are held in place during this tightening by single or double gripper belt assemblies. The snap belt can be used for other cap types, to apply pressure and "snap" the caps into place. Some unique caps may use a combination of both the spindles and the belt to secure caps in place.
