Backyard Blitz

Steve & Fiona organised a great day on Saturday where we had the opportunity to do some gardening at a friend's house. It was a bit wet and cold but really earthy in a cool way. The adults and the kids had a great time weeding and pruning not to mention Steve who gave us all an insight into his gardening capabilities by creating a new garden bed in 5 minutes and planting about 50 plants.

We got to meet some really great people Kelly, Nicole and 'Nan' who's garden it was. They catered really well, bringing out coffee and a sticky bun and providing fish & chips for lunch. You're right I had to mention the food.
