Banana Bread

Here is our Banana Bread Recipe 1/2 C Soft Butter 1 C Sugar 2 Eggs 4 Mashed Ripe Bananas 1 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1 1/4 C Flour 1/4 tsp Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Cream Butter and Sugar until smooth, add eggs one at a time scraping after each addition. Add dries in 3 batches scraping after each. Grease and flour a standard bread pan and put in preheated 350* oven for 1- 1 1/4 hours or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Unpan and enjoy!
