描述
The Best Brushing Method is where we are able to brush along the gum line where the dirtiest portion of the tooth surface is located.
The toothbrush is placed 45 degrees angulated to the gum line. While placing the gum angulated in that manner, we have to do circular vibratory motion at the same spot to clean the teeth and gums.
This motion is repeated throughout. Brushing is recommended twice daily for healthy teeth and gums
