Ya just can't beat Behind the Neck Chins. Such a great Grip, Biceps, Rear Delt, Mid Trap lift. Don't think those Teres Major won't take a beating as well. Touched at the top on all except the last. Definitely a top 3 Pullup/Chin variation. God Bless.
