Our radar indicates the presence of an approaching UMO—Unidentifiable Musical Object—a sextet of funky musicians from Louisiana traveling back from a heterogenous jazz planet where spatial electronica interfaces with intergalactic hip hop and cosmic rock. The Other Side Of Midnight is the title of their latest album, recorded live in New Orleans and released earlier this year, and it continues to spread the message to the four corners of the Earth: Galactic is one of the best jam bands in the U.S.! We extend the warmest Festival welcome to these singular extraterrestrials, and hope they enjoy their stay among us!
