This video includes an insight into the role of gamification in sport, fitness and recreation. I explored how gamification is enhancing and changing the way the general public and elite athletes engage and participate in physical activity. I showcased how gamification is playing a significant role in boosting motivation for people who previously may not have participated in physical activity.
