Michelle Monee Aquart IT System Analyst


Michelle Monee Aquart is an Austin-based Information Technology Analyst with over 20 years of experience.

Michelle began her career in Healthcare Informatics and later transitioned to Government Infrastructure Operations.

While attending the University of South Alabama, Michelle received an award from the Office of Minority Affairs as a Distinguished Scholar.

Along with her major, Michelle also earned four minors in Psychology, Biomedical Science, Business Management, and Gerontology. She was also selected as a member of the National Honor Society in June 2007.


She has also earned technical certifications in ITIL v3 service foundation and ITIL v3 Service Transition through Axelos Global Practice.

During the beginning of her career in healthcare software, Michelle Aquart was responsible for working with the Information Technology Manager to conduct training classes, keeping them informed on the progress of the software implementation, and discussing the plan of attack for ongoing system issues.

Since 2018, Michelle Aquart has worked as an Infrastructure Analyst for Capgemini in Austin, Texas.

In this role, Michelle serves as the first line of communication with resolvers during high-priority incidents.
