On this occasion, I want to encourage my friends to use their creativity to prepare food using basic materials in extraordinary ways.
The dough resembles empek-empek, but I used less flour to make it taste better this time.
The components
2 to 3 garlic cloves (the more the more fragrant)
1 teaspoon water in 170 ml Salt
One or two teaspoons of powdered broth
Seven tablespoons (70gr) of flour and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
15 tablespoons and 1 egg (150gr) Tapioca starch
2 onion stalks
I believe that is the only seasoning needed, and the recipe is perfect because it is both crunchy on the surface and chewy inside.
