Patsy Papandrea e-mail controversy

(Meriden-WTNH)_An e-mail forwarded by a democratic leader in Meriden is creating quite a storm of controversy over its content. The mail with racial overtones questions what is racist by using minorities as an example.

Patsy Papandrea admits he forwarded the e-mail but he claims he only read the first few lines. The e-mail titled "Proud to be White" has inflammatory comments about race, including: "if we had white history month, we'd be racists and if we had a college fund that gave white students scholarships, we'd be racists.
