Phantasm revolves around Christian moving on from a heartbreaking event. At the church, he saw Precious which he thought of as his would-be-other half. Elena, his cousin, was as always looking for Christian as she knows the truth about him. What is this truth?

SPOILER:
Elena created her own world because of the early parental loss and of having no one to be there for her comfort. Elena is the one who actually has schizophrenia. Christian was just a reflection of Elena.
