Here is the step-by-step guide:

Go to iFile (iDevice) or iFunBox (PC)
Find 'Trials Frontier'
Now delete 'Documents' and 'Library'
Then replace the modded 'Documents' and 'Library'
Now load your game
Enjoy :) !!!

- NOTE - you may lose your saved data!!! ensure you have backed up your saved up data.

--- NOTE 2 --- DO NOT sign in or sign up on Ubisoft or Uplay you will lose everything, the game will reset and the hack will not work.. if you are already signed in just sign out for the hack to work.
