A 14-minute vinyasa flow for early morning yoga. Though I fast forwarded it to give it more edge. This video starts with easy pose and breathing/ujjayi breathe at the same time and ends with savasana/corpse pose. During the whole routine, the belly is tucked in activating the bandhas.
